1. Information About Us

1.1. Silk Walk Pte Ltd is registered in Singapore under the Business Registration Number 201909634M, with our registered office at 163 Tanglin Road, Tanglin Mall #03-101, Singapore 247933.


2. Service Availability

2.1. Our site is only intended for use by people residing, businesses, and companies in Singapore ("the Serviced Country"). We do not accept orders from individuals outside of the Serviced Country.


3. Your Status

3.1. By placing an order through our site or over the telephone, you warrant that:
 3.1.1. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
 3.1.2. You are resident in the Serviced Country.


4. How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us

4.1. After placing an online order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product from us. All telephone and online orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance either during the telephone conversation or via email. The contract between us (“the Contract”) will only be formed when we deliver the items to you.

4.2. Subject to actual stock availability, item orders may be replaced with alternatives, subject to verbal or written confirmation with you. For items that cannot be replaced, we will contact you to offer the option to cancel. If payment has been made, you will be refunded the amount paid.

4.3. All orders placed online will be fulfilled within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise advised. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

4.4. You are obliged to make payment in full using the payment option selected at checkout.

4.5. Each batch of goods may differ due to manufacturing constraints. In the event that you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original condition, and must not be a pre-order product. Please refer to our refund policy under "Our Refunds Policy".


5. Our Status

5.1. We may provide links on our site to websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot make any undertaking that products you purchase from these linked sites will be of satisfactory quality.


6. Price and Payment

6.1. The price of any product will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.

6.2. Our site contains a large number of products and, despite our best efforts, some may be incorrectly priced. We will usually verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than stated, we will charge the lower amount. If the correct price is higher, we may, at our discretion, either honour the lower (incorrect) price, contact you for confirmation before dispatch, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.


7. Our Refunds Policy

7.1. When you return a product to us (e.g., due to cancellation, dissatisfaction, or a defect), we will examine the returned product. If we are satisfied with the condition, we will either replace it (in the case of a defect) or issue a refund. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment and processed as soon as possible.

7.2. Products returned due to a defect or within the seven-day cooling-off period will be refunded in full after deducting delivery costs.

7.3. Any claim regarding a shortfall in the quantity delivered must be made within 2 days of delivery. If you fail to notify us within this time frame, we shall have no liability for the shortfall, and you shall be deemed to have accepted the delivery as complete.

7.4. The cost of return transportation is borne by you.


8. Our Liability

8.1. We warrant that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality.

8.2. Our liability in connection with any product purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

8.3. Unless otherwise stated, all product warranties are provided by the respective brand owner.


9. Notices

9.1. All notices from you to us must be addressed to Silk Walk Pte Ltd, 163 Tanglin Road, Tanglin Mall #03-101, Singapore 247933. We may give notice to you via the email or postal address provided during your order.


10. Events Outside Our Control

10.1. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

10.2. A Force Majeure Event includes but is not limited to:
 10.2.1. Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action;
 10.2.2. Civil unrest, riots, invasion, terrorist attacks, war (declared or not);
 10.2.3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic, or other natural disasters;
 10.2.4. Inaccessibility to transport methods such as rail, air, or road;
 10.2.5. Inaccessibility to public or private telecommunications networks;
 10.2.6. Government acts, legislation, regulations, or restrictions.

10.3. Our performance is considered suspended during the Force Majeure Event. We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations or find solutions to meet our obligations despite the disruption.


11. Waiver

11.1. Our failure to enforce any provision under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

11.2. A waiver of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.

11.3. Any waiver must be expressly stated and communicated in writing.


12. Severability

12.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by competent authority, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.


13. Entire Agreement

13.1. These Terms and Conditions and any documents explicitly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all previous agreements, whether oral or written.

13.2. Neither party shall have any remedy regarding untrue statements made prior to the Contract, unless made fraudulently. The sole remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these Terms and Conditions.


14. Our Right to Vary These Terms and Conditions

14.1. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.

14.2. You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your order, unless changes are required by law or we notify you of changes prior to dispatch. In such cases, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms unless you notify us otherwise within seven working days of receiving the Products.


15. Law and Jurisdiction

15.1. Contracts for the purchase of products through our site are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore.


16. Promotions and Discount Codes

16.1. Promotional offers and discount codes are valid only during the time period stated and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
16.2. Silk Walk reserves the right to cancel any promotions at any time without prior notice.
16.3. If an order is cancelled or refunded, any promotional code used will not be reissued.


17. Pre-Orders

17.1. For items marked as pre-order, full payment is required at the time of purchase.
17.2. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on production or shipping delays.
17.3. Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless otherwise stated.


18. Product Descriptions and Images

18.1. We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations may occur in color, finish, or sizing due to photography or manufacturing.
18.2. Measurements are approximate and for reference only.


19. Intellectual Property

19.1. All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and design, is the property of Silk Walk or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
